迈图高新材料集团，由美国阿波罗投资公司于2006年12月完成对GE高新材料集团的收购后正式创立。是全球第二大的有机硅产品及其关联产品的生产商，同时在石英及陶瓷材料行业拥有世界领先的地位。 公司现招聘财务部实习生数名，要求财务相关背景，做事认真负责，每周三天或以上。 公司位于浦东新区张江高科技园区，市内有多条班车线路。中午提供丰盛午餐，实习津贴100/天，有意向的同学可以发送简历到mandy.tao@momentive.com 并注明“财务部实习生” 以下是该职位的详细描述。 —————————————————————————————————————————————— Major tasks and responsibilities: Assisting in scanning and archiving all documents from 3rd party Assisting in filling drafts, checks, payment requests Filing all customs sheet and properly logging them in the sheet from the Logistics team Supporting for some audit work assigned by managers Supporting month end closing payment clearance assigned by treasury team Working with bank for some queries or take some statement every month Handle some easy communication with internal staff Assisting reimbursement auditing work during peak/closing seasons Handling some ad-hoc work from associates or managers Education: Junior students from university majoring in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines Skills/experiences: Be able to use MS office, excel, work, ect Be able to read and write in English for some emails Stress handling during closing month Can work at least 3 days per week
